Lanham Patient Service Center Opening on Saturdays
Effective April 6, 2024, laboratory services are available at the Lanham Patient Service Center from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome or you can make an appointment.
Conexus Laboratories has recently opened its third patient service center! Our newest draw site is located in the AAMC Pavilion at 28438 Marlboro Avenue, Easton, Maryland . The hours are 7:30am -4:00pm. We are accepting all insurance plans!
Conexus Laboratories is pleased to announce a new laboratory agreement with Amerigroup. This agreement became effective on 4/5/2019 and includes the Amerigroup Medicaid MCO (Maryland).
We are pleased to announce that Conexus Laboratories has contracted with Cigna for all commerical products.
